Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how DigiQore Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("we") collects, uses and protects personal data through the Innsolver Service, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable rules.

1. Roles

For our own subscribers' account data, we act as the Data Fiduciary. For guest/customer data that a hotel enters into the Service, the hotel is the Data Fiduciary and we act as a Data Processor on the hotel's instructions.

2. Data We Collect

• Account data: name, business name, email, phone, billing details.
• Operational data entered by hotels: guest names, contact, ID/KYC documents, stay and booking records, payments.
• Technical data: log data, device/browser info, cookies for sessions.

3. Purpose & Legal Basis

We process data to provide, secure, bill and support the Service, and to comply with law (e.g., tax, hospitality/FRRO). Processing is based on your consent and/or performance of our contract with you.

4. Consent

Where consent is required, it is obtained at the point of collection and may be withdrawn. Hotels are responsible for obtaining guest consent for data they collect.

5. Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors needed to run the Service (hosting, payment gateways, SMS/WhatsApp/email, KYC providers) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention & Security

We retain data while your account is active and as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards (access control, encryption in transit, backups).

7. Your Rights (DPDP)

• Access and correction of your personal data.
• Erasure, subject to legal retention.
• Grievance redressal and nomination.

To exercise rights, contact our Grievance Officer below. Guests should contact the relevant hotel first, as the hotel controls that data.
